About Us

Governance

USE being an NGO registered under the West Bengal Societies Registration Act 1961, its governance is strictly based as per the provisions of the said Act and allied Rules & Regulations. All aspects of administration and management pertaining to organizational matters, day to day activities, project planing & implementation etc. are collectively carried out by a Governing Body/ Executive Committee comprising of a highly dedicated team of bonafide members of the organization elected though an Annual General Meeting. This Governing Body (GB) has at its core and is spearheaded by the Secretary who is the Chief Functionary along with the President and other office bearers of the organization. Adequately qualified and experienced GB members generally play the role of key personnel involved in the implementation of various Projects & Programmes undertaken by the organization in the pursuit of its broad objectives.
